The XKCD guy is named Randall Munroe. I asked him to attend, and he's
heard of it and is definitely interested. He's just concerned about
logistics. I offered him a free badge, and events to participate in,
tailored specifically to tantalize him.

- a panel about bad experiences with offering to help Open Source projects
- Lojban Festival moving from Philcon to Penguicon
- Celebrity Pictionary

And tantalized he was. I will await the decision from Gerald before
elevating it to a GoH offer. The bottom line is, he wants to be there!
