As long as we're talking about "should", of course we should. In past
years, we have had exactly that position. Bill Putt did it for 2.0 and
4.0. Penguicon has a lot of positions that we know should be filled,
and used to be filled, but just don't get renewed and nobody does it.
We're sitting down to make a list of vacancies this weekend. That way,
this year we'll have a reminder not to stop begging for help during
the busy times.
