[penguicon-general] Congrats to ConCom

Personally, I'd prefer to borrow a vacuum for the weekend--to be able to use
it whenever we wanted. I also think we should invest some money in paper
towels and cleaning solution as well as those -thick- vinyl table cloths,
the heavy plastic ones which are reusable. The flimsy plastic ones became
gross pretty quickly and rather hard to clean.
