[penguicon-general] Dealers Row vs. Dealers Room

I remember at PCon 2.0 we had a tour. I'd suggest bringing it back. That'd
be really sweet, actually, to have a few Friday.

Also, cause volunteering had come up a lot:

I'd like to see volunteering sign ups available pre-con and see the
potential to sign up for specific departments. I know you can do that, but
I'd like to see it pushed more. Think about how when people apply to work in
a grocery store, they apply for a specific department or can apply in
general.
