[penguicon-general] Archive year 5 now please.

Apparently "archive" is being used in two senses here. Rob is talking
about a snapshot being taken; in this sense, the P5 site would exist
in two locations and the version on the main (non-archive) site would
remain while gradually replaced with P6 content. Ron is talking about
taking P5 down so that it is only available as a snapshot, which would
necessitate the pre-existence of a P6 site all in one fell swoop.
