A) I positively loved the hotel staff the entire time. Once we sent some ice
cream down.
B) There's been some talk of how there should be a "con suite posse" to
discuss the possibilities of live/real food as well as ways to improve some
things. (I'd suggest, for example, that we use one of the rooms for
"prepared" food, one for the "laid out food," and one for beer.)
C) If I can get a portable burner and we can get it okayed (I found one for
thirty bucks) I can make -awesome- crepes -and- flip 'em properly. This
would be nice for stir fry and/or MOTO omelettes.
