[penguicon-general] Calling for any/all PostCon write-ups

I found setting Google Alerts for "penguicon" to be a good source of
con reports as well. However, by the time I woke up, all of the URLs
in my Google Alert emails had already been posted to this mailing
list. Good job, folks-- you beat Google!
