Rob,

After you questioned on the concom list why Howard Tayler is not a
Nifty in the program book, I responded and explained about both he and
Frank. It was on April 15 at 11:57 AM if you want to look up my full
comments in your email client.

The short version is, like Howard, Frank Hayes decided to attend at
the absolute last minute. Don't worry, as a former Guest of Honor,
Frank gets into the convention for free for the rest of his life.
Frank and Sarah and I did manage to arrange a Frank Hayes concert.
