Careful of using pudding mix as a flavoring, it can do weird things with the 
texture.  You can either use enough pudding mix to have something like 
pudding pops, or you should probably avoid using it altogether.  If you use 
the wrong amount of pudding mix the texture gets really disturbing as it 
melts, doing this semi-jello thing that's not appealing.  (I've done this by 
accident before doing butterscotch ice cream.)
