Ok, so this is another sign-up sheet at ops that collects money?

I'll add it to the list when I post the http://penguicon.livejournal.com entry 
about sign-up sheets.  (I've sent a couple news items in to the web guy but 
they didn't get posted.  Not necessarily his fault, I've also poked John to 
repost some of the things he's done to the livejournal community, and he's 
been too swamped to notice the poking.)

The nice thing about the livejournal is I can post to that myself.  Be nice if 
the website mentioned it, though...
