You're having the ln2 delivered thursday?

I have to be in town at 4pm to pick up Steve and Jimmie from the airport, so I 
can probably help out with this if you do.  A shopping trip to pick up 
ingredients would be required, but is this a separate shopping trip for just 
thursday night?  (If you pick up piles of milk and half and half for the 
weekend, how will you keep it cold?  The bathtubs full of ice won't be online 
yet...)
