[penguicon-general] What else has signup sheets?

Yep, the Fine Chocolate Tasting is yours and I'm planning a sign-up sheet
for 20 people (unless someone else is making the sheets and I don't have
to).  The Chocolate Ritual is mine and that doesn't need one.

Hopefully that clarifies everything... just like butter.
