The robots.txt actually just explicitly allows MSN/Google/Yahoo, and blocks
everything else. It's not like the Penguicon site is hosting massive images
that people tend to use wget on. (Which regardless, is trivial to spoof a
User-Agent of Mozilla, et cetera)
