I mentioned archive.org, which might have done all this for us if we hadn't 
explicitly blocked them with robots.txt?

(These are actually from 1.0, they say they're from 2.0 because they were 
copied off the 2.0 website.  I believe that was the only year we actually got 
a license statement on the suckers that said it was ok to do this.)
