[penguicon-general] New Penguicon Flyer

Dan DeSloover just finished making a flyer for Penguicon 5.0,
including our latest Author Guest of Honor, Elizabeth Bear!

This flyer has a neat color scheme, nifty illustrations, and an
inventive composition. I've put it up for download from our wiki.

one in charge of it. Dan should be commended for his initiative!
