[penguicon-general] concom meeting reminder -- December 2nd, 1pm

Don't forget, the Christmas Parade (the second fun thing that ever happens
in Belleville) kicks off at 11a and travels right in front of my house.
Feel free show up way early if you'd like to see it (we can go get
under-priced coffee after) or come at the regular time and avoid any
potential traffic oddity as it will be clear of the streets by noon.
