I'm pretty sure you need to talk to Matt Arnold, but he's got folks helping
him with some of the subspecialty areas, too.   Were you thinking of doing
something technical?  Something on the written or fannish side?  Media, or
comics?  Global interest?  Or cool and random?  I'll freely confess to being
wildly curious.  (:

Oh, hi, by the way, I'm Tracy Worcester, one of the former chairs.  I've
been out of the loop for a couple of years, so I don't think we've met ftf.
Out of curiosity, how'd you hear about PenguiCon, and how long ago?  (I'm
trying to figure out which bits of what we're doing to spread the word are
being most effective.)
