A word to the wise... "chocolate" in the beer world does not necessarily
refer to the chocolate you are thinking of. There is an ingredient known as
"chocolate malt" which is not even tangetially related to the cocoa bean. It
refers to the malting process performed on the grain.
One example of a "chocolate stout" containing "chocolate malt" and zero
actual "chocolate" is here:
