[penguicon-general] Food track

I've never had Chocolate Tea.  Carmel Tea and Chocolate Beer, yes, but not
Chocolate Tea.

I suppose we could do a chocolate and tea party, but once again that might
detract from the distinct thoughts of having a tea party with your stuffed
animals and tasting multitudes of good chocolate.  However, if you can get
Chuck to collect and dry leaves of various things that can be made into teas
I don't see why we couldn't have open tea.
