[penguicon-general] How does the hotel feel about corn starch in the pool?

I'll need to check costs versus available cash as con gets nearer... If I
can afford to, I'd be happy to. I'd really like to experience this
first-hand. Of course, if it's snowing out at con time again, then the
outdoor kiddie pool may not be a great idea. Wet + Cold = Bad.
