Once I'm out of school, that's quite likely.  Though I must admit, my crush
on the Food Channel is really Alton Brown.  (:

I have no idea how we'd go about getting him, or whether we could get him
for free, but I think Alton Brown, self-confessed food geek, would make an
excellent PenguiCon guest.
