[penguicon-general] Random Panel suggestion.

Yes... the dollfies (as they are called) are a big deal with now with Anime
fans.  In fact, if you had a dollfie panel, I know of at least one person
who would show up who has no interest in anything else that penguicon
does... so I'm sure that there would be a lot of other people for the
dollfie panel.
