[penguicon-general] Potential New Website Skins

As I understand it, the website redesign is primarily for unification
of logins and ease of access of data.  This is the reason for
combining the disparate sites, yes?  Well, since the old design wasn't
broken, why fix it?  Why not create a theme to make the CMS look like
the same Penguicon web page that we've always had, only tweaked for
spiffiness?
