[Penguicon-Concom] [penguicon-general] Penguicon Concom Meeting Change

As an additional incentive, the annual Stilyagi Picnic will be there,
starting at 2PM! Thanks to the Ann Arbor Science Fiction Association
for inviting us to join them so we could avoid a schedule conflict.
