[Penguicon-Concom] Party time is now!

Not there because my head is splitting open and I'd just as soon kill other
people as look at them.  When the filters are gone and my first impulse is
to start screaming at people for no reason I feel it better to lock myself
into my house until that mood shifts.

Issues today, better another.
