[Penguicon-Concom] Website Request

It's trivial to add, so I'm all for it... but I'd imagine that it'll do
absolutely no good. It presupposes that the increase in cost of sending to
all of the bad addresses would make the list worthless... ignoring the fact
that a spammer's address book is typically 10%-20% good addresses to start
with. We'd have to have a list that includes a number on the order of
BILLIONS of bad addresses to start to make it painful.

That having been said, I'd love to get in on the ground floor of creating
that list of billions... lets rock this!!!
