[Penguicon-Concom] Layouts - "Final" Copy

Okay, the attached files are the "Final" versions of the room layouts for
the con. Please, if you are in charge of a room or department and care at
all how your room is laid out, please review these files.

Please be aware of the following known issues. The ConSuite is not complete.
I have some measuring to do when next I'm at the hotel. Also, the Lobby,
while close to scale, is not ACTUALLY to scale. There will be some
deviations, but the layout will be functionally as you see here.

As always, please send me any questions, concerns, or ideas.
