[Penguicon-Concom] Notes from the programming team.

Hello, folks!  Just wanted to give people a quick update on the status of
programming.

The track heads have put together and mostly staffed a really lovely
combination of panels and events.  I'm going to be sitting down this weekend
to assign things to times and places, and will also be taking a last stab at
either fully staffing events I think look nifty, but don't have enough
people on them, or seeing if any of the last minute ideas can be made Real
at the Last Minute.

If you have any ideas that you were thinking "oh, this would be *so* cool,
but it's too late to make it happen", drop email on me.  I can't make
promises, of course.  But if the Gods of Last Minute smile, perhaps I can
add it in.

Otherwise, the team and I are doing good work, and y'all will get to enjoy
it all in April.
