[Penguicon-Concom] Function Space Layouts

Rich,

Given the number of other stakeholders for the lobby and assembly
areas (artist alley, junkpile wars, panelists and musicians selling
stuff), and due to my lack of precise measurements, and due to the
difficulty of groups expressing their preference on a space they
haven't seen, I intend to work out locations on-site on Friday with
reps from the groups.

There are one or two left open. Odds of exhibiting on late notice
increase greatly if a group also brings their own table and chairs.

-Matt
