Oh, I need a table/chair count (and location would be nifty) on this one
too...

You know what.. just for fun, everyone just bring this information to the
meeting with them tomorrow.. but be prepared to draw shit for me, because
the hotel deserves pretty pictures from which they can create our room
layouts. 'Kay?
