[Penguicon-Concom] REMINDER - March 8th conccom meeting

Oh, it's not the hotel's deadline, per se. It's mine. There's a limited
degree of last minute scrambling I'm going to allow.. and that which will be
allowable will be that which springs up at the last minute, not that which
got put off, if you know what I mean. :)  As far as what I *DO* have setup
for, all of those areas I didn't mention in my email, specifically.

I've spoken with Anime
ConSuite and Green Room are, generally, squared away
MPCon gave me their needs
Ballroom C has, for the most part, given me what I need (Sarah, we will
speak tomorrow to finalize things, but we're okay)
Maple A has provided me with a layout, and general needs (although they are
aware that I need a better layout sketch)
Maple C is done
