the Penguicon website.
2) Review of new bylaws language to implement board meeting schedule
approved at last meeting.
3) Review of progress on Penguicon reincorporate and change of corporate
information.
4) Initial presentation of information on 501(c)3 incorporation.
5) Disposition of question on using Google Apps for Domains on the website,
pursuant to agenda item 1.

New Business

1) Any new items from Board Members or the floor.
