[Penguicon-Concom] Rock Band

I have a 360, and I should be able to get access to a seond one if
needed(though I think one will be fine).  I do have a bit of a suggestion,
but it might be too close to the con to do anything with it.  At Youmacon,
we had the idea to have people form their own bands in advance and come with
their own style/costumes to battle it out.  Meh, just my two cents, but I
can lend the con my 360.  Also Gerald, I have contact info for Harmonix if
you need it.
