Beverage licences are not required by people, the person throwing the
party already paid for the beer. This does not apply in most cases to
Businesses, unless it is at a business function i.e. business party at
a hotel. I see where you are going, hotel selling penguicon kegs =
penguicon getting to do what it wants with beer because they are
calling it a private business function. I say we are covered, I am
happy.
