Again, that is simply not true. That is untrue of "social clubs" and
"membership organizations" which consider your membership dues to cover the
cost. There are also dozens of other exceptions. Ever been to a wedding with
an open bar? There's an exception in play.
Suffice to say, the legal team that the Hilton employs has it in their best
interests not to lose their liquor license. I'm going to trust their law
school degrees and bar exam results.
