[Penguicon-Concom] [penguicon-general] Danger!! I've been thinking

Umm, hold up... let's bring on the sanity.

Room parties: No need for liquor license. You are a private individual
throwing a party in your private room. So long as you're not violating any
standard drinking laws (serving minors, etc) no special license is
necessary.

Consuite: We are giving away the hotel's beer in a restaurant that holds a
liquor license. So long as we obey the terms within our contract, Penguicon
is legit.

Consuite the old way: We were (debatably) breaking the law. The law is
suitably vague when it comes to social clubs, membership clubs, and liquor
distribution within such. We were certainly within a grey area. We are no
longer.
