[Penguicon-Concom] [penguicon-general] Danger!! I've been thinking

I am going to take just a second to point out that technically every
year Penguicon has Given Free beer out in the ConSuite has been a
violation of Michigan Beverage Law.

No Business in the State of Michigan can give away beer to anyone and
no business in the state can provide beer without a beverage license.

So if we are going to get technical about this idea we should have
been technical about the Beer issue for the last 6 years.

I am not trying to rain on the Beer in ConSuite parade just pointing
out the details.
And the gambling law thing is a good reason maybe not to have a
charity poker tournament.
