[Penguicon-Concom] Penguicon 2009 Site goes Live

Right, however, it is pretty useless as a delineation, based on
differing screen sizes, resolutions, and window sizes...the fold on my
Blackberry differs from that of my home desktop which further differs
from my work desktop.
