[Penguicon-Concom] New Penguicon Site Preview

I dunno, I don't think he needs to be in every banner. In fact, I can't
think of any company or function off the top of my head that has a mascot
that is on *every* piece of media.

I think this masthead looks extraordinarily professional without looking
boring.

Of course, that's my two cents (which is possibly overvalued). :)
