[Penguicon-Concom] Penguicon 2009 Budget

Okay... so this may be completely meaningless... but I figured I should
speak up.... I'm gonna need Ink for my printer this year... I have pretty
much everything but that covered for volunteer stuff... but that I will
need... this of corse not until week of... just a silly side note...
