[Penguicon-Concom] Penguicon 2009 Budget

Just an update. . . I was wrong about my timing.   I have one week.  I
completely misremembered when the scheduled Board meeting for budget
approval is.

My appologies to anyone who this creates difficulty. . . Jer and Scott
specifically, because I know you were both hoping for two weeks to get your
advertising information in place.
