[Penguicon-Concom] Penguicon 2009 Budget

For anyone involved in Penguicon 2009, it is budget time.   I have collected
documents from Hospitality, Hotel, Food track, and Costuming track, and have
produced what numbers I could from last years budget, and from last years
receipts.   Unlike previous years, the Board is being tighter with the purse
strings this year, and much greater effort will be put into keeping as close
to the budgeted values as possible.   That means, if you envision something
that will require an expenditure at penguicon, that you care about, you need
to speak up.

At the next board meeting, three weeks from now, I will be presenting this
budget for approval.   At that point whatever I have will become the set in
stone budget.
