[Penguicon-Concom] SMOS Dinner 4 July

The social director is in charge of the SMOS part of things, but what
happened to the communications person whose job it was to keep an eye on
when all such things went out. Like, say, for example, the ConCom that
was(is?) scheduled for Friday? Programming meetings? Etc.
