[Penguicon-Concom] SMOS Dinner 4 July

Sorry for the delay, I was waiting on Ron Blanchett to get back with me as
to what the dinner will be. He did so this afternoon.  I will be emailing
and posting an message to LJ in a few minutes. I usually give a weeks notice
of a smos dinner and then also another notice on the day of the smos. This
week notice did not go off on time as I was busy all weekend and then
waiting to hear back Ron. In the future I will be just emailing the info
that I have and then updating later.
