[Penguicon-Concom] SMOS Dinner 4 July

The real solution to people not knowing is to have someone(s) responsible
for putting the word out about the things that we do. A head of
communication as it were. Someone whose job it is to ensure that everything
that needs to go out does, and in a timely manner.

Most importantly, someone who recognizes that isn't not everyone in the
world's fault they aren't using the tool we ask them to, but our fault for
not employing the tool they'll use. We're advertising in a frickin'
calendar. We should be advertising in the mailing list and lj community.

(And more than a couple of days in advance)
