[Penguicon-Concom] What about Feb 23rd for concom meeting?

I've been waiting for more feedback, but it looks like we need to have
this meeting on Saturday, February 23rd. Now we need to find a
cat-free place to do this so the allergic people can have a turn
coming to a concom meeting.
