[Penguicon-Concom] Penguicon Dealer Room for 2008

Dear Prospective Dealers for Penguicon 2008,

 

            First, I wanted to apologize for not getting this out sooner.
As some of you know, I lost my father to cancer a week and a half before
Christmas.  Needless to say, not a lot got done before that.  

 

            We have only a limited number of  tables for the Dealer Room.  I
will be jurying the room to try to get a good mix of vendors.  Please send
me the following info for consideration.  (Electricity is available to all
tables.)

 

1.)    How many tables do you need (max of 2).

2.)    I need to know what you intent to sell (be as specific as possible.)

3.)    I need to know what type of setup you need (tables, racks, a tall
display).

4.)    How many badges will you need.

5.)    A brief description of why you should be chosen as a dealer.  

 

There may be a few tables available outside the dealer room for folks that
have items that are easily packed up each day.  I hope to have the
particulars on that soon.  

 

I need your responses by January 31.  I will have the selections made by
February 15th and let you know by then.   I will then give you instructions
on where to send checks for the tables.  

 

Table Rates 1st table$60 2nd$45($105) 3rd$45($150) 1 membership is included
with 1st table Additional memberships$35
