[Penguicon-Concom] Penguicon Program Book -- Front Matter

The time has come to begin work on the front matter of the Penguicon
2008 program book. What we'll do is release the way software does-- in
buggy alpha and beta release candidates. These proof drafts will be
horribly deficient, but that's what proof drafts are for! To inspire
ideas about what we can put in, and point out changes to last year's
information, so that we aren't working on it two weeks before the
convention. At that time we can be working on the Schedule section and
adapting last minute changes.

We now begin collecting the following material:

Vernor Vinge bio -- me
Vernor Vinge publicity shot -- me
Consuite description and info -- Jer Lance
Volunteering info -- me


Please have drafts written up by the end of the month. If you would
like someone else to write yours, please arrange for that and let me
know who.
