If the meeting is going to be at 5:00 p.m., I cannot make it.

Yeah, I think having it at a slightly better time for Garrett and Molly to
arrive would probably best. Is there anyone who can't handle a 5:00
meeting? Overlapping the board meeting or having people get up at obscenely
early hours probably isn't a good idea, so 5:00 is probably best. Anyone
with items for the meeting agenda should send them directly to me so I can
compile a list.

I guess I should put in my two cents. Since this will be the first
Penguicon Concom meeting that I will be attending, I am okay with either
time, though I do have a two hour drive and I am not familiar with the area.
I am not sure if Jenna, my partner in crime for the Green Room will be able
to attend, but as soon as you know the time I will send it to her and her
and I can discuss it.

And I -am- fabulous.
IF we had a noon meeting, I'd be there, as long as Garrett was up for it,
but I would be fairly useless. I -can- do early mornings, I just don't
-enjoy- it. Except at cons themselves. Since, you know, this is all about
me.

Molly

For purely selfish reasons, I point out that this would mean that I would
have
to be on the road by 7:00 am at the latest. This means waking up *before*
7:00 am. I think this falls under cruel and unusual punishment. Having me
show up late isn't a big deal, but the convention would likely miss out on a
lot of Molly's input (if she is available to come).
