[Penguicon-Concom] did anyone notice?

The page was saying either "Page cannot be displayed" all day yesterday and
for part of today.  If that's a better description.  Of course, when Sarah
emailed the concom list this morning, she got a response back that it was a
DNS problem.  When I emailed it to the concom list yesterday, either it
didn't go through or no one responded to my email.

Problem appears to be fixed and the website is working now.
